About Our Sports Photography

I have been in your position, my husband and I have been a volunteer in many youth sports organizations, I understand and value the hard work and the time you put in as Parents and Coaches taking them to practice and teaching them the sport.

I know how important it is to capture the Memories for every player and parent, that is one of the many reasons I got into Photography.

I work closely with the League / Team Representative to create a FUN & RELAXED Portrait Session for each child.  Parents never have to decide how many photos they will purchase before viewing the proofs.  I utilize an easy online ordering system where parents can browse their children's portraits in a Private, Protected Gallery and place orders at their leisure.

The process is SIMPLE:  all aspects of the Photo Day are handled by me, including the parent communication, online viewing and ordering, print fulfillment, payments and Customer Service.

We have a Mobile Studio we shoot our Sports Photography in.  We have found that 98% of our Leagues / Teams prefer this to the Traditional field photos.  Our Mobile Studio allows us to not worry about weather (Rain or the harsh HOT Sun).  Another benefit to our Mobile Studio is to allow for multiple background / graphics specific to the League / Team.

Now, with that said, We do offer Traditional set ups as well; we just need to know this at the time of your booking.   Traditional requires the use of a field location, multiple dates incase of inclement weather.

Once we have set up a Portrait Date, we will send a contract, question form and roster template for you to fill out and that's it!  Belinda will communicate with the parents via email, text and social media, we do ask that you share the Social Media and remind parents of Photo Day.  Other than that, we do the rest!

On Photo Day, Belinda will set up at a pre determined approved location with the Mobile Studio, and the Parents will bring their children to where we are located.  Several poses will be taken of each child.  Every child will be photographed regardless of whether the parents plan on ordering; this is because we composite the Team photo from the Individual photos we have taken.

When the Private Online Galleries are available, each parent registered from the QR Card provided will receive an email notifying them that the Galleries are active.  Orders are then delivered directly to the purchaser's home via the lab, however some of our products will be shipped separately.
